Pack ’n Plays, microwaves, and rollaway beds are available upon request and based on availability. Due to fire code restrictions, rollaway beds can only be accommodated in Corner Suites, Hospitality Suites, and Penthouse Suites. Contact the hotel before arrival to confirm availability.

Yes! We welcome dogs in designated dog-friendly accommodations on the third and fourth floors. A non-refundable dog fee of $50 (plus tax) applies per dog (maximum 2 dogs per reservation) and will be charged to the guest account upon departure. Guests can choose to forgo daily housekeeping services during their stay. For each day housekeeping is declined, the hotel donates a meal to Ronald McDonald House Charities, helping support families while reducing water and energy consumption.

Yes! For your convenience, the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center offers shared all-in-one washer and dryer units, allowing you to wash and dry your clothes in the same machine. Laundry facilities are open daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Liquid laundry detergent is available for purchase at the Aggieland Outfitters Gift Shop in the hotel lobby. To help keep our washer and dryer units in great condition for everyone, please use only the detergent provided for purchase and avoid adding personal detergents or other laundry additives. Self-parking is available in the attached Gene Stallings Boulevard Parking Garage for $17 per night for hotel guests. During Texas A&M football game weekends, parking is $50 per night and is reserved exclusively for overnight hotel guests. Parking is limited to one vehicle per standard room reservation and two vehicles per suite reservation. Rates and availability may vary during special events.

A $50-per-night authorization is placed on the credit or debit card provided at check-in to cover incidental expenses. This authorization is released after checkout, subject to any outstanding charges. The time it takes for the funds to become available again may vary by financial institution. In lieu of a credit or debit card, a cash deposit of up to $130 per night will be required at check-in. Effective November 30, 2026, our property and dining outlets will no longer accept cash.

Yes! You can use our pre-payment portal to arrange payment for another guest's room, taxes, and incidental fees before arrival. Please follow the portal instructions to complete the payment.

Cancellation policies vary by reservation type and date. For most standard reservations, cancellations must be made by 4 p.m. Central Time at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax. Special university events, football weekends, and prepaid or nonrefundable rates may have different requirements. Oversized vehicle and trailer parking may be available with prior approval through Texas A&M Transportation Services. Approved locations may include the bus lane in front of the hotel's Century Ballroom or Lot 61. Please contact the hotel in advance to coordinate your request and confirm availability.
