Hotel Policies

Cancellation 

Reservation cancellation must be cancelled by 4:00pm CST, 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax. No refunds offered in the event of no show or early departure.

For special university event bookings (Family Weekend, graduations, concerts, etc.) reservations must be cancelled 30-days prior to arrival to receive full refund. Credit card will be charged in full inside of 30 days of arrival.

For all Pre-Paid, Non-Refundable reservations and our 21 Day Advance Purchase Rate, full payment is required at time of booking. These rates are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, no show, or early departure.

Guarantee

All reservations require a credit card guarantee due at time of booking. Reservation is not confirmed without credit card information. On special events, such as football games and University event weekends, credit card will be charged in full at time of booking with no refunds in the event of early departure, no shows.

Parking

Self-Parking is available for hotel guests in the attached Gene Stallings Blvd parking garage at 500 Gene Stallings Blvd. Self-parking is $17 per night. Receive QR code at check-in for in and out parking privileges.

On gameday weekends, self-parking is available for $50 per night. Football weekend parking is exclusively for overnight hotel guests and is limited to one vehicle per room, two vehicles for suite reservations.

Texas A&M University campus and Texas A&M Hotel property are 100% smoke free and tobacco free environments including the smoking of cigarettes, cigars, vap pens and marijuana. A $500 cleaning fee charge will automatically be applied for guests who violate the smoke policy in guest rooms.

Guests must be 18 years or older to book overnight stay reservation.

Pet Policy

As part of our commitment to provide the highest level of the service to our guests, Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center extends a welcoming “Howdy!” to dogs staying with their owners. Please be aware the hotel has specific dog friendly floors that may require us to change your original booked room type when traveling with your dog. We charge a $50 non-refundable fee plus occupancy tax per stay which will be added to your account upon check-in. Our designated Dog Relief Station is located on the west side of the hotel.

Please note outside food or drink are not allowed to be brought on property. TABC code 28.06 prohibits guests to bring their own alcohol.

$50 per night will be authorized to the credit or debit card provided at check-in and be released upon check-out.
