Check in time is 4:00pm day of arrival and check out time is 11:00am day of departure.

Turn your Aggieland stay into a weekend getaway with more time to relax in our rooftop poolside Kyle View Cabanas. Our three luxurious poolside cabanas offer shaded seating for up to six guests in a stunning, contemporary private space.
POOL CABANA RENTAL INCLUDES:
Rental fees starting at $150 for 4 hours (additional sales tax & service charge) for reservation. Outside food and beverage is not allowed in the pool/cabana areas. Available exclusively for overnight hotel guests.
Fitness is of the utmost importance for our hotel guests and we're happy to offer a well-equipped 700+ square foot Fitness Center designed to cater to every fitness routine. It incorporates the latest cardio, resistance, and exercise equipment. Our Fitness Center is available 24/7 for all hotel guests with their guest room key access.

As part of our commitment to provide the highest level of the service to our guests, Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center extends a welcoming “Howdy!” to dogs staying with their owners. Our goal is to provide a pleasant dog-friendly and fun-filled stay, as well as a safe one. For the comfort and safety of all guests and their dogs, we kindly request that all dog owners act responsibly and respect other guests. Your four legged friends cannot be left in guest rooms or hotel space unattended so please let us know if you need kennel recommendations. Please be aware the hotel has specific dog friendly floors that may require us to change your original booked room type when traveling with your dog. We charge a $50 non-refundable fee plus occupancy tax per stay which will be added to your account upon check-in.
Our designated Dog Relief Station is located on the west side of the hotel.
Want to experience the beautiful Texas A&M University campus like the college students do? Rent either a pedal or pedal assist bike from Veo bike share, proud partner of the university. The closest bike rack to the hotel is on the east side of our property near the Century Ballroom and MSC. The bicycle share services are available for hourly and full day use to enjoy while touring campus.
