Where is the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center?
The Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center is directly across the street from Kyle Field at the corner of Joe Routt Boulevard and Wellborn Road.
What is the Legacy Donor Membership?
Our Legacy Donor Membership gives the holder the first right to book that guest room. With at least 45 days’ advance notice, the guest room option holder may book the room any night of the year, for the home football games, other sporting events and other special events. The renewable room options are valid for 10 years.
How does a person acquire a Legacy Donors membership?
Legacy Donors secure a 10-year guest room option by making a donation to the University. A portion of the donation amount may be tax-deductible* (payable by April of 2020). Rooms are now available on a first-come basis. Room donations range from $55,000 – $125,000 per room. Flexible payments options exist over 3 years.

When would Legacy Donors have the right to reserve rooms?
Legacy Donors will have a right of first refusal upon 45 days advance notice 365 days a year, including for all home football games, season-openers for basketball and baseball, and special events throughout the year.
What amenities come with Legacy Donor membership?
The Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center is 96 yards door to door to Kyle Field. With sophisticated design and luxurious spaces steeped in Aggie pride, this is unlike any other on-campus hotel in the country.
All Legacy Holders will receive:
- 10 years of Legacy Donor membership benefits
- Exclusive rates on guest rooms: $299 a night for non-conference football games, $399 a night for conference football games for standard rooms.
- Access to a dedicated Legay Donor concierge
- Right of first refusal for all Texas A&M football home games
- Right of first refusal for season-opening basketball and baseball games
- Right of first refusal for special events throughout the year
- Right to book your room any night of the year with at least 45 days notice
- 14 day cancellation policy for football game weekends
- Access to valet parking
- Name plaque displayed outside your designated room or suite
- Floor to ceiling windows boasting views of the beautiful Texas A&M campus and Kyle Field, the historic home of Aggie football
With a Penthouse, Suite or 8th Floor Guest Room Option, you will also receive:
- Complimentary valet parking for paid nights
- Legacy Donors will enjoy 25% off the published rate for their suite type for football game weekends

Donors have until April of 2020 to fulfill their donation commitment.
When can I see the hotel and rooms?

How many restaurants will the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center have?
The Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center offers a number of options for dining.
Dining options include:
- Full-service restaurant featuring farm-to-table, Texas gourmet cuisine
- Multi-level sports bar and grill with views of Kyle Field
- 24-hour kitchen with delicious options for breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Coffee shop staffed with highly-trained baristas
- Wine bar serviced by sommeliers
Can I book the hotel for a wedding, conference or private event?
Yes. From the pool terrace to the grand ballroom, the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center features beautiful spaces for weddings, conferences and other private events. The hotel encompasses a total of 252,500 square feet, with over 35,000 square feet of meeting and event space that includes a spacious 8,300-square foot ballroom accommodating up to 650 guests. Twenty-two flexible meeting rooms will accommodate presentations, board meetings, private dinners and receptions. The 1,400 car garage will be connected to the hotel by an enclosed bridgeway.
Where does my Legacy Donor membership fee go?
All funds from the donations of Legacy Donors will go to Texas A&M University. The funds will help pay for education, research and service.
What is the benefit of the hotel to Texas A&M University?
Texas A&M University is one of the most prestigious institutions in the state of Texas, and is among the top research universities in the nation. The Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center will allow the university to host international conferences and recruit internationally recognized faculty and top-tier staff, advancing the university’s reputation and providing the student body with a world-class education. As part of the Texas A&M University campus, the university’s revenue from the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center will support the ongoing operation of the University.
Is my Legacy Donor membership fee tax-deductible?
The University will recognize this donation as 80% tax deductible. Please consult with your tax professional to understand the full extent of the deduction.
Who is paying for the hotel?
The Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center is being constructed on system-owned land ground leased to a third party. Through an innovative public-private partnership, the construction of the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center will be funded by private dollars generated in part by guest room option donations and revenue from the operation of the hotel and conference center. At the expiration of the ground lease, ownership of the hotel and conference center will transfer to the university.

Will I receive 12th Man Foundation priority points for my Legacy Donor membership donation?
12th Man Foundation priority points are awarded solely for charitable contributions made directly to the 12th Man Foundation. The Legacy Donor membership donation goes to Texas A&M University, therefore no priority points will be given for a Legacy Donor membership donation.
