This is Howdy Hospitality

Experience College Station at the new Doug Pitcock '49 Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center, located on the Texas A&M University campus itself. From the minute you walk in the door to the minute you rest your head, immerse yourself in the bold Aggie spirit unique to College Station.

Aggies are everywhere at Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center. Our Aggie roots permeate our hotel’s every detail, from our maroon & white suites and guest rooms to the striking black and white photographs that hang above each bed depicting historic university events--not to mention our expansive views of the legendary Kyle Field.

Just as Aggie fans will feel at home in our addition to Aggieland, guests new to campus will revel in the strong southern hospitality that we’ve come to associate with Texas A&M and their reputation as the friendliest campus in America. This is one College Station hotel Aggies and non-Aggies alike will “Whoop!” for.

The Aggie Experience

Aggie’s greet each other on campus with a bold “Howdy!,” and you can expect an equally warm welcome from our management and staff, who themselves are fans and alums of Texas A&M University. Whether dining at Brazos - Proper Texas Kitchen or sitting beside our pool, you’ll never forget that you really are in the heart of it all.

Unlike other hotels in College Station, our accommodations rest on the Texas A&M University campus, offering unparalleled access to life as an Ag. Stroll across the street to pay a visit to Kyle Field, or walk onto campus to take a peek at the iconic Century Tree. Revisit your favorite campus past times, whether you’re in town to catch an Aggie game day or simply catch a glimpse of mascot Reveille on her way to class.

These traditions are worth experiencing whether they’re already beloved to you, or they’re something you’ve heard about but never seen for yourself. At our hotel as the guesthouse of the university, you’ll have a front row seat to it all from one of our cozy rooms or luxurious suites. What lies outside, however, is matched only by what lies within. Take a peek at your new Aggie home away from home.

As the newest hotel in College Station, Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center provides guests a true southern hospitality experience, all within the hotel itself. Our facilities include a fully-equipped fitness center and refreshing outdoor pool, as well as outdoor event spaces.

Valet parking is available for $13 per day or $24 per night. Self-Parking is based upon university rates pricing and availability in the attached 1,400-car parking garage at 500 Gene Stallings Blvd.  On special university event days valet parking is available for $40 per night exclusively for overnight hotel guests.  Please note the parking garage is not available to hotel guests on gamedays so we recommend valet parking for your convenience.

Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center welcomes dogs under 75 lbs only. The non-refundable dog fee is $50 (plus tax) per pet, per night (maximum 2 pets per reservation) and will be charged to the guest account upon departure. No other pets are allowed.

Though we are a new facility, our Aggie roots run deep. That’s why we believe there’s so much to love about staying on the edge of a thriving, inviting college campus. What you don’t find at our hotel, you’ll find just beyond our doors. College Station is a true college town, but its influences are nothing short of global: stroll through George Bush Presidential Library, bike around Lake Bryan, sample locally made beers, whiskeys or wines, or embark on our other local area activities.

Expect nothing short of Howdy Hospitality from every member of our team. We’ll all be ready to welcome you to our Aggieland home.
